GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION

Dayton T. Brown, Inc. has two facilities on 31 acres in Bohemia, NY. Our Corporate Maintenance staff cares for the facilities and grounds. We are seeking a licensed Electrician to add to our team of professionals.

While the role will entail significant use of your electrician skills, your knowledge and willingness to perform other maintenance duties is a must. Besides having an electrician’s license, knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, masonry and HVAC systems is a plus.

Because of the vast requirements of our facilities, the successful candidate will be a hands-on professional willing to take on whatever tasks are required to keep the facility in good working condition. You’ll work with a crew or alone depending on the size of the task. Therefore, prior supervisory or lead experience, either in running your own business or in supervisory role, is a plus.

TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION

Dayton T. Brown, Inc.’s Technical Services Division specializes in finding solutions for customers publications needs. Our services and energetic team atmosphere make us a dynamic force in the publications industry.

We’re looking to add a Helicopter Maintenance Field Service Rep to our team of professionals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and validate technical instructions based on actual helicopter installation/modification process
• Interpret customer source data and create detailed procedures for helicopter modification
• Travel to customer sites. This requires domestic and international travel possibly for extended periods of time
• Download customer source data

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to interface closely with customers as an ambassador of the company in a professional manner
• Helicopter repair/maintenance experience – especially Sikorsky
• Technical writing experience
• Excellent written and verbalskills
• Field service experience
• Microsoft WORD experience a must
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, motivation
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION

You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive logistics support proposals and plans for conducting logistics analysis activities including level of repair analysis (LORA), Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA, and Calibration Maintenance Requirements Summary (CMRS).

You will also be responsible for providing technical support for the Marketing and Sales group in the pursuit of new Logistics Support business. Must have a minimum of 5 years job related experience in fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Experience in the use of MIL-STD-1388 logistics analysis software tools such as SLIC, LEADS or OMEGA a plus. BS and/or CPL (Certified Professional Logistician) required.
