the policy of Dayton T. Brown, Inc. (DTB)
to provide the highest quality test services and test
products, at a profit if we can...at a loss if we must, that
reflects each and every employee's contributions towards
achieving a level of excellence that meets or exceeds the
expectations of our customers.
Quality Experience: With over 50 years experience as a
quality control test center, DTB is one of the nation's
largest and most thoroughly equipped independently-owned
laboratories of its kind; providing a complete range of
dynamic, environmental, atmospheric, electromagnetic, fatigue
engineering and testing services all in one convenient location.
In addition, a fully documented calibration laboratory
which meets the requirements of MIL-STD-45662A, 1S010012-1,
ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and ISO/IEC 17025, augments DTB's
services. The Quality Assurance Department is staffed by a RAB
certified Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, several
inspectors and a Quality Engineer. They are supported by
additional quality personnel in the other divisions, which are
located on the same site. In addition DTB also provides sheet
metal manufacturing, technical publications, and high tech test
support equipment.

Achieved laboratory accreditation from the American Association
for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) in accordance with the
requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. We also have AEMCLAP
accreditation.
•
Achieved approved status by DCMA to MIL-Q-9858A.
•
Maintains a fully documented Quality Assurance Management
System, which meets the applicable requirements of MIL-Q-9858A,
EN45001, ISO 9001, AS9000 and ISO/lEC 17025.
•
Achieved accreditation by (NVLAP) National Voluntary Laboratory
Accreditation Program for MIL-STD-462.
•
Have
completed the (AEMCLAP) Automotive EMC Laboratory Accreditation
Program assessment process, and achieved accreditation under
this program. This program is directed by Ford, General Motors,
and Daimler Chrysler and is managed by A2LA.
